These high quality CNC laser cut steel lift plates are designed to make your lift easier during engine swaps in 2007-2014 5.4L and 5.8L "Trinity" GT500's. This lifting plate bolts to the cylinder heads with the lower intake manifold removed and is specifically designed to support the weight of both engine and transmission. We know a lot of GT500 owners take great pride in how their engines and engine bays look so these come powdercoated black to look nice on top of your engine, even if it is just sitting in the shop!
